Double-row angular contact ball bearing mainly have the following designs
1.One side with a flling slot, the design can use a larger, more steel ball, can support the larger radial load and one-way axial load, generally using steel plate stamping or car yellow steel solid cage, suitable for low speed occasions.
2.The ball with non-filling slot, the design can support bi-directional equal axial load, the use of glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 cage or steel plate pressed crown cage, can make the bearing heat is ltte, so the running temperature waste is low, this advantage is very important in high speed operation.
3.With dust cover or sealing ring, the design can provide double or single side with dust cover (non-contact) or seal diagram (contact). These sealed bearings are flll with anti-rust lubrication dual-purpose grease, no special requirements, lithium base 2# grease, running temperature seat -30 to + 100C, using permanent lubrication, no maintenance, should not be heated before installation, should not be cleaned. The bearing with dust cover is mainly used for the occasion of the inner ring rotating, the outer ring rotating, if the speed exceeds a certain value, there will be the possibility of grease overflow.

Angular alignment error
The angle alignment error of the outside of the double row angular contact ball bearing relative to the inner ring will cause additional stress between the ball and the raceway, and the resulting increased load will shorten the life of the bearing.

Cage
Double-row angular contact ball bearing cage types are generally glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 cage, stamped steel cage and car brass solid cage. Glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 cage can be used for most occasions, can work normally at -30C to + 120C temperature, for the bearing configuration that needs to run continuously under extremely high temperature or harsh conditions, the use of steel plate pressed cage 1 or car brass solid cage. Installation Instructions
When installing double-row angular contact ball bearing with ball fling notches, the unidirectional axial load or the larger of the bidirectional axial load should be applied to the steel ball row far away from the ball flling notches.
The angle alignment error of the outside of the double row angular contact ball bearing relative to the inner ring will cause additional stress between the ball and the raceway, and the resulting increased load will shorten the life of the bearing.
